Service Description
After booking with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the exact meeting location for your photoshoot in Asakusa. On the day of your session, simply meet your photographer at the designated location and enjoy your 30-minute photoshoot. You will receive 10 professionally edited photos within 1–2 days after the session. Weather Policy: If it rains on the day of your photoshoot and the photographer determines that it is unsafe to proceed, you may choose to either reschedule your session or cancel your booking.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at leas 48 hours in advance. *Cancellation Fees: In the event of a cancellation, the following fees will apply: 1. If the Client cancels more than 7 days before the event, there will be no charge to you. 2. If the Client cancels less than 2days (48hours) before the event, the Client will be required to pay 100% of the total fee. Weather cancellation: We understand that weather can be unpredictable and challenging. Your safety is our absolute number one priority. With this in mind: No Cancellation Fee: If there are typhoon hitting that area the day of the photoshoot and/or weather warning has been issued. We encourage you to rebook online to the next availability to avoid disappointment.
